Carrie spent several years working with a top-performing mortgage team, where she served as Production Manager and Senior Underwriter. In this role, she not only supported a high volume of transactions but also played a key part in building infrastructure for growth, including the creation and implementation of training programs for new mortgage agents.

Her personal achievements speak to her dedication and expertise. Carrie consistently ranked among the industry’s top performers, placing in the top 2% nationwide for personal mortgage volume in 2021, the top 7% in 2022, and the top 10% in 2023.

Before transitioning into the mortgage field, Carrie gained valuable experience as an Office Manager and Real Estate Law Clerk at a law office, giving her a strong foundation in real estate law, client relations, and administrative leadership.
